Small Itchy Bumps Near Tailbone

Constraint

[...] We like to draw parallels immensely similarity between poetry and painting, so much so that we call the sister arts. But where can we find such close ties, such as to characterize the affinity between the compositions in prose and in those verses? Both speak through the same organs and the organs themselves are addressed, the bodies in which they embody are of the same substance, their affections arise from inbreeding and are almost identical, without however differ in intensity. Poetry is not crying "tears of angels," but human tears, it can not boast that heavenly ambrosia flowing through his veins, much higher than the plasma of prose, both in the veins of the same human blood circulates.

William Wordsworth - Preface to the 1800 edition of "Lyrical Ballads"
